    Vertiv to buy Utility Innovation Group for $1.45 billion
    Sept 2 (Reuters) - Vertiv Holdings VRT.N said on Wednesday it would acquire Utility Innovation Group, a provider of microgrid solutions and advanced power control systems for data centers, for about $1.45 billion in cash.
