Vertu Motors announces that it was notified on 27 June 2016, of the following acquisition in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Robert Forrester, Chief Executive Officer ("the Dealing"). The Dealing took place on 27 June 2016 at a price of 44.55p per Ordinary Share:
