Vertu Motors (AIM: VTU), the automotive retailer with a network of 123 sales and aftersales outlets across the UK, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the registered offices of the Company at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE11 0XA at 10.00am on 24 July 2019.
 
Copies of the Group's Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are being dispatched to those shareholders who have requested hard copy documents today and are available on the Group's website at www.vertumotors.com.
