    ** Company reports revenue of $684 mln for Q1, below
analysts' estimates of $688.9 mln, according to data compiled by
LSEG
    ** CFO Rick Dillon to step down and will remain with company
until Feb. 14 - VSTS
    ** Kelly Janzen to succeed Dillon - VSTS
    ** Company posts adj. EPS of $0.14, above analysts'
estimates of $0.12
    ** Also reaffirms revenue forecast for FY25 of $2.8 bln to
$2.83 bln, in line with analysts' estimates of $2.83 bln      
    ** VSTS shares fell more than 26% in 2024
