In accordance with LR 9.6.14 the Company wishes to announce that Kath Durrant, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Vesuvius plc with effect from 1 December 2020.  Kath will serve on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees at Vesuvius plc.
