Notification of Change in Director’s Details

Vesuvius plc announces that Kath Durrant, Non-Executive Director and Chair of
the Remuneration Committee of the Company, has been appointed as a
Non-Executive Director of Essentra plc with effect from 3 January 2023.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing
Rules.
