Feb 9 (Reuters) - Vetropack Holding SA  VET.S : 
    * Board of directors of Vetropack Holding Ltd has appointed 
Johann Reiter, general manager of business division 
Switzerland/Austria, as CEO of vetropack group with effect from 
1 january 2018 
    * Claude R. Cornaz, who will continue to lead as CEO until 
end of 2017 will be proposed as new chairman of board of 
directors at annual general assembly in 2018 
    * Hans Ruegg, chairman of board of directors, will stand for 
election for one more year at annual general assembly on 10 May 
2017, but will leave board at annual general assembly in 2018
