    ** Posts quarterly revenue of $2.83 bln vs analysts'

    ** Logs Q3 adj. profit of 62 cents per share vs estimates of
34 cents per share
    ** Co expects fourth-quarter revenue to fall between 4% and
6%, in line with estimates of 4.96% decline
    ** VFC rose about 14% in 2024
