VGP rises on final permit to build Stellantis' green campus

** Shares in VGP VGP1.BR rise 2.1% after the Belgian real estate developer received final building permit to begin construction of the green campus, the new Stellantis STLAM.MI Germany and global Opel headquarters

** "This project is part a large brownfield opportunity that will generate development opportunities for the next 5 to 8 years," KBC says

** A lot of development opportunities remain on the surrounding land, it says, adding that a possible data centre implementation is being examined as the site has on-site power generation and is close to the Mainz river

** "We added VGP to our Dynamic Top Pick List today," KBC adds
