The Company has been notified by James Dickson, Chairman, that his pension fund purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30th August 2018 at a price of 115p per share.  Following this purchase, James Dickson has a total beneficial interest in 4,934,259 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
