Brief: Vianini Industria FY net result swings to profit of 258,000 euros

March 12 (Reuters) - Vianini Industria SpA  VINI.MI : 
     
    * Said on Wednesday that it reported the FY 2014 revenue of 
11.1 million euros ($11.8 million) versus 7.9 million euros in 
2013 
    * FY 2014 EBITDA negative of 634,000 euros versus a negative 
EBITDA of 259,000 euros a year ago 
    * FY 2014 net profit of 258,000 euros versus a loss of 3.8 
million euros in 2013  
    * Proposes FY 2014 dividend of 0.02 euro per share, 
unchanged from FY 2013 dividend
