    COMPANIES
    Milan Stock Exchange After Hours market closed.
    
    RAI WAY  RWAY.MI 
    A group of investors holding around 10% of the state-owned
Italian TV towers group has asked for the board to provide an
update on a long-mooted combination with rival EI Towers to
create a national champion, sources said on Friday.
    
    JUVENTUS  JUVE.MI 
    The Serie A club said on Friday it had been informed that
Rome prosecutors had concluded their preliminary investigation,
after taking over from peers in Turin, probing allegations of
false accounting, market manipulation, obstruction of regulators
and fraud in relation to transactions over players.
    
    GENERALI  GASI.MI 
    A tender ends on Dec. 28-29 for China National Petroleum
Corporation's 51% stake in its joint-venture with the Italian
insurer, Milano Finanza reported on Saturday. If Generali's
offer for the rest of the Generali China Insurance JV is the
only one, the deal should be awarded within a couple of weeks.
If not, a further final tender will ensue, the paper said.
    
    BPER BANCA  EMII.MI 
    The Italian bank said on Saturday it had reached an accord
with trade unions to lay off 1,000 staff on a voluntary basis
while hiring 500 new people and turning 200 temporary jobs into
permanent positions.
                
    VIANINI  VINI.MI 
    Starts capital increase; ends on Jan. 19.
