** Nearly 46 mln shares of BION change hands via block deal on NSE at 400 rupees per share - exchange data showed
** Mylan Inc, part of healthcare company Viatris VTRS.O, planned to sell up to 92 mln shares in BION, worth up to 34.81 bln rupees ($362.1 mln), as per term sheet seen by Reuters
** YTD, BION up ~10%
