Viatris to acquire Pacira Biosciences in $1.65 billion deal Oct 8 (Reuters) - Viatris VTRS.O said on Thursday it has agreed to acquire Pacira Biosciences PCRX.O for $1.65 billion, adding the pain therapy maker's products to its portfolio as it seeks to expand its innovative medicines business.
