5.4% to $11.49 
    ** Co sells 38 bowling entertainment centers to real estate
investment trust (REIT) VICI Properties  VICI.N  for about
$432.9 mln in sale-leaseback transaction 
    ** "(Deal) further diversifies VICI's tenant base and
geographic reach to drive future potential growth and value
creation" -VICI
    ** BOWL stock down 14.8% YTD, including session gains
