Vicor jumps after Q3 growth forecast raise

** Shares of modular power components maker Vicor VICR.O rise 12.1% to $324 premarket
** Co raises Q3 sequential growth forecast to more than 30%, up from more than 20%
** Says the raise is driven by increased royalties from the previously announced first non-exclusive license to Vertical Power Delivery (VPD)
** All five brokerages covering the stock rate it "buy" or higher; median PT is $375
** As of last close, stock more than doubled YTD
