Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP), the international designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative flooring, announces that it has today posted the notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM will be held at the offices of Brown Rudnick LLP, 8 Clifford Street, London, W1S 2LQ at 12.00 pm on Friday, 5 September 2025.
