Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and
distributors of innovative flooring, is pleased to announce that it has
appointed N+1 Singer as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to the Company with
immediate effect,  pursuant to the imminent withdrawal by Cantor Fitzgerald
