Result of General Meeting

 

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and
distributors of innovative flooring, announces that at the General Meeting of
the Company held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly approved.
Accordingly, the Preferred Shares in connection with the Follow-on Preferred
Investment announced on 29 November 2021 will now be issued to KED Victoria
Investments LLC, an affiliate of Koch Equity Development LLC.
