Victoria plc (AIM: VCP) announces that on 27 November 2018, Alexander Anton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 482.00 pence per share.
In addition, the CGF Anton Discretionary Trust, of which Alexander Anton is both a trustee and beneficiary, has on 27 November 2018 bought 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 490.98 pence per share.
Mr Anton's interest in the Company is 544,025 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
