Posting of the Annual Report and AGM Notice

 

Victorian Plumbing Group plc (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading online specialist
bathroom retailer, has posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for
the year ended 30 September 2022 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders.

 

The Company also announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will
be held at 9:30 a.m. on 2 March 2023 at PwC LLP, No 1 Spinningfields, 1
Hardman Square, Manchester, M3 3EB.

Sanders, Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as Chief
Financial Officer of THG Group plc with effect from 24 January 2023. Mr
Sanders has confirmed to the Company that this appointment will not impact on
his role as an independent non-executive director of the Company.
