Result of 2023 Annual General Meeting

("AGM")

 

Victorian Plumbing Group plc (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading online specialist
bathroom retailer, announces that all of the resolutions set out in the Notice
of AGM were passed by the requisite majority at the Company's AGM, held
earlier today.

 

Details of the poll votes received for each resolution are as follows:
