Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Following the release of its full year results for the year ended 30 September
2025 ("FY25") on 3 December 2025, Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC),
the UK's leading bathroom retailer, has today posted its Annual Report and
Accounts for FY25 ("Annual Report") to shareholders.

 

The Company also announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will
be held at 9:30am on 25 February 2026 at the Company's head office, 1
Sustainability Way, Farington Moss, Leyland, PR26 6TB.

 

Shareholder participation and engagement is important to Victorian Plumbing.
