Annual Report and Accounts 2022 and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Videndum plc announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts
2022. The following documents have been mailed today, Wednesday, 22 March
2023, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:

·      Annual Report and Accounts 2022

·      Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report and Accounts 2022 and the 2023 Notice of AGM are also
available to view and download on the Videndum website at www.videndum.com
(http://www.videndum.com) .

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be
submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for
inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 11 May 2023 at 41 Portland Place,
London, W1B 1QH. Please complete and submit a proxy form in accordance with
instructions printed on the enclosed form. The proxy form must be received by
11.00am on Tuesday, 9 May 2023. You may submit any questions you may have
