Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility (PDMRs)

 

Videndum plc ("the Company") announces that on 9 October 2023, the following
Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") awards were made to PDMRs. There are no
performance conditions tied to this award but time-based vesting subject to
remaining in employment with Videndum, with awards to vest on 31 March 2026.

RSP shares

·      MARCO VIDALI - Divisional CEO, Creative Solutions - 12,000 RSP
shares

·      JON BOLTON - Group Company Secretary and HR Director - 6,000 RSP
