Notification of Transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (PDMRs)

 

Videndum plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement of
the Refinancing on 10 March 2026, in which the Directors set out an intention
to participate in the Refinancing by way of a direct subscription for shares
when the Company had exited its Full Year results closed period, is notifying
the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares undertaken by
