New directorship held in another publicly quoted company

 

 

 

In accordance with LR 9.6.13 and 9.6.14(2), the Company has been informed that
Richard Tyson, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has announced his
resignation as Group Chief Executive Officer of TT Electronics plc and his
future appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Instruments plc. The
precise dates of these changes are due to be confirmed in due course.
