New directorship held in another publicly quoted company

 

 

 

In accordance with LR 9.6.13 and 9.6.14(2), the Company has been informed that
further to the announcement made on 13 April 2023 concerning changes to the
directorships of Richard Tyson, Senior Independent Director, it is confirmed
that he will cease to be CEO of TT Electronics plc on 1 October 2023 and will
become CEO of Oxford Instruments plc with effect from the same date.
