Spanish glass maker Vidrala's profit shrinks in first quarter
MADRID, April 30 (Reuters) - Spanish glass bottle and
jar maker Vidrala VID.MC said on Tuesday its first-quarter net
profit fell almost 10% from a year ago as glass demand
contracted amid a weaker economic environment.
Vidrala booked a net profit of 52.8 million euros ($56.52
million) over the period down from 58.6 million euros a year
ago.
