SABADELL SABE.MC
Spain's Sabadell SABE.MC aims to post net profit above 1.6 billion euros ($1.88 billion) in 2027, excluding results from its British unit TSB, which it has agreed to sell to Santander SAN.MC pending shareholders' nod, the bank said on Thursday.
REPSOL REP.MC
Spain's Repsol REP.MC said on Thursday its second-quarter adjusted profit beat expectations despite a 175 million euro ($206.03 million) hit at its chemical plants and refineries due to a massive blackout in April and other smaller power-supply issues.
Separately, the company said on Wednesday it completed a buy-back program.
BANKINTER BKT.MC
Bankinter said on Thursday its second-quarter net profit fell 0.4% from the same period in 2024 due to a decline in lending income
INDRA IDR.MC
Spanish defence and technology firm Indra IDR.MC said on Wednesday its net profit soared 88% in the first six months of the year, thanks to operational improvements and the one-off impact of the increase in the valuation of its stake in TESS.
VIDRALA VID.MC
Vidrala said on Thursday it booked a 107.8 million euro net profit in the first half of the year.
MINOR HOTELS NHH.MC
The company said on Wednesday its first-half net profit including non-recurring was 111.9 million euros.
ROVI ROVI.MC
Pharma company Rovi said on Thursday it booked a 39.7 million euro net profit in the first half of the year. It warned that it expected 2025 operating revenue to decrease by a mid-single-digit percentage compared to 2024.
