    The Spanish construction firm Ferrovial reported on Monday a
share exchange procedure for newly issued shares in its unit
Ferrovial International (FISE) in the context of merger between

    ALMIRALL  ALM.MC  
    Almirall announced on Tuesday the pricing of its 200
million-euro ($216 million) non pre-emptive share capital
increase, setting the issue price at 8.2 euros per new share.
