July 24 (Reuters) - Spanish glass bottles maker Vidrala
VID.MC expects net profit this year to be slightly higher than
in 2023 ago as the purchase of Brazilian rival Vidroporto will
offset the weakness in Europe, the company's head of investors
relation Inigo Mendieta said in an interview on Wednesday.
The company had booked a net profit of 233.4 million euros
in 2023 ($253.43 million).
