Vietnam Holding Limited has been notified by Craig Martin, Chairman of Dynam Capital, Ltd (the Investment Manager appointed by the Company), that he has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of USD 1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 176 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 December 2019. Craig Martin's resultant shareholding in the Company is 90,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
