VietNam Holding Limited ("VNH" or the "Company")

Estimated Daily Net Asset Value (NAV)

Despite good news on the growth in the domestic economy, Vietnam's equity
markets fell sharply on the first trading day of October. Domestic investors
are concerned about increased global macroeconomic risks. The Vietnam All
Share Index (VNAS) decreased by 4.7% while the estimated daily NAV per share
of the Fund declined by 5.3%.

The Company announces that, at its close of business on 3 Oct 2022 its
Estimated NAV was USD 105.4 million or USD 3.632 per share and GBP 93.9
million or GBP 3.238 per share (GBP/USD = 1.1217).

VNAS (Vietnam All Share Index). Calendar month-to-date performance is
calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as at 30 Sep 2022. Calendar
year-to-date performance is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS at
the previous calendar year end (31 Dec 2021). 1-year performance is calculated
by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as at 3 Oct 2021. 3-year CAGR (compound
annual growth rate) is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as at 3
Oct 2019. 5-year CAGR is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as at 3
Oct 2017. 10-year CAGR is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as at
3 Oct 2012. VNAS is sourced from Bloomberg, which uses back-tested positions
for VNAS for before 27 Jan 2014 as released by HoSE (Ho Chi Minh City Stock
Exchange).
