The Company is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
will be held at 10.00 a.m. (UK time) on Tuesday, 1 November 2022 at the
offices of FIM Capital Limited, 55 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1
1LA.

The Annual Report and Accounts, Circular and Notice of the AGM, together with
the Form of Proxy, will shortly be dispatched to all Shareholders. Electronic
copies of the circular and notices will also shortly be available on the
