Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

VietNam Holding Limited ("VNH" or the "Company") is pleased to report that the
2025 Annual General Meeting was held earlier today and all resolutions were
duly passed.

 

The result of the votes for each resolution were as follows:
