Transaction in Own Shares

 

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 7 March 2025, it purchased 44,084
ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an
average price of 388.15 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in treasury. This
represents approximately 0.80 per cent of the Company's current issued Shares.

 

In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased
189,801 Ordinary Shares.

 

Following the above purchase VNH has 23,600,338 Ordinary Shares with voting
rights in issue plus 139,801 which are held as Treasury Shares.
