Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 19 December 2025, it purchased
25,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company
at an average price of 366 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above purchase, VNH has 19,196,077 Ordinary Shares with voting
rights in issue plus 345,289 which are held as Treasury Shares.

 

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company
repurchased 67,703 Ordinary Shares.
