Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 23 January 2026, it purchased 25 000
ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an
average price of 393.26 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above purchase, VNH has 19,146,077 Ordinary Shares with voting
rights in issue plus 395,289 which are held as Treasury Shares.

 

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company
repurchased 117,703 Ordinary Shares.
