Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 12 December 2025, it purchased
19,667 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company
at an average price of 371 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above purchase, VNH has 19,260,520 Ordinary Shares with voting
rights in issue plus 320,289 which are held as Treasury Shares.

 

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company
repurchased 42,703 Ordinary Shares.
