Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 6 March 2026, it purchased 30,187
ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an
average price of 387.29 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above purchase, VNH has 19,085,890 Ordinary Shares with voting
rights in issue plus 455,476 which are held as Treasury Shares.

 

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company repurchased 177,
890 Ordinary Shares.
