Transaction in Own Shares

 

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 13 March 2026, it purchased 25,000
ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an
average price of 364 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, VNH has 19,060,890 Ordinary Shares with voting rights
in issue, plus 480,476 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased
202,890 Ordinary Shares.
