Transaction in Own Shares

 

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 20 March 2026, it purchased 43,345
 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at
an average price of 359.95 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, VNH has 19,017,545  Ordinary Shares with voting
rights in issue, plus 523,821 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased
246,235 Ordinary Shares.
