Transaction in Own Shares

 

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 2 April 2026, it purchased 31,024
Ordinary Shares of par value US$1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at
an average price of 367 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, VNH has 18,964,981 Ordinary Shares with voting rights
in issue, and 576,385 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased
298,799 Ordinary Shares.
