equities in Vietnam and is a FTSE 250 constituent.

Discount Management Update for Shareholders

August 2025

 

The Board of Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited ("VEIL") is providing a
monthly update on the Company's share buyback activity, which is conducted as
part of its ongoing commitment to discount management.

 

The Board believes that the use of share buybacks remains an effective tool to
manage the absolute level and volatility of the share price discount to net
asset value (NAV) and continues to authorise purchases when it believes such
activity is in the best interests of shareholders.
