("VEIL" or the "Company")

 

Re: Changes to Board Committees

 

Noting the retirement of Ms. Benz-Saliasi at the end of this month, the Board
has reviewed the membership of each of its committees and is pleased to
announce the changes set out below.

 

The current Risk Management and the Audit and Compliance committees shall be
consolidated into a single Audit and Risk committee. From 1 December 2024, the
committees shall be composed as follows:

 

 From 1 December 2024 onwards
