Re: Directorate Change

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Ms. Entela
Benz-Saliasi has informed them of her decision to retire from the Board with
effect from 30 November 2024.

 

Speaking on behalf of the Board, its Chair Sarah Arkle thanked Ms.
Benz-Saliasi for her valuable contributions to the Company over the past five
years, acknowledging in particular her unique expertise and passion for ESG
and climate risk assessment.

 

The Board is in the process of reviewing the membership of each of its
committees, and will make a further announcement about changes to their
composition in due course.
