Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited

("VEIL" or the "Company")

 

CORRECTION - INTERIM REPORT FOR THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2024

 

The Company has become aware that its Interim Report for the six-month period
ended 30 June 2024 (the "Interim Report 2024"), which was published on 19
September 2024, contained an error in Note 15 to the Condensed Interim
Financial Statements.

 

This has been corrected as follows:

 

Original statement: "For the period from 1 July to 19 September 2024, the
Company repurchased xxx,xxx Ordinary Shares for a total consideration of
US$x,xxx,xxx."

 

Corrected statement: "For the period from 1 July to 19 September 2024, the
Company repurchased 4,261,878 Ordinary Shares for a total consideration of
US$31,761,134."

 

The updated report (the "Updated Interim Report 2024") has been filed with the
FCA by uploading it to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") in accordance
with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 and is available for inspection at:
