Net Asset Value

 The Company announces that, at its close of business on 5 April 2023 its
 unaudited net asset value was USD 1736.6 million or USD 8.43 per share
 (Sterling equivalent at that date was GBP 1394.7 million or GBP 6.77 per
 share).
