Net Asset Value

 The Company announces that, at its close of business on 10 April 2023 its
 unaudited net asset value was USD 1709.3 million or USD 8.3 per share
 (Sterling equivalent at that date was GBP 1382.9 million or GBP 6.72 per
 share).
